I absolutely love ramen takumi. The prices are great and the food is delicious. Plus the service is great and the food is brought almost instantly. My favorite dishes are their pork dumplings and tan tan men ramen. I definitely recommend this restaurant if your looking for an easy place with good food.

They have one of the best ramen in NYC! You have to try their Tan Tan Men, all ingredients are specifically paired together. It's a casual cute eatery place, but you will be amazed at their food quality!

Definitely not a place you should go out of your way to eat at. Noodles were stale, broth was nothing to write home about and cabbage was hard and chewy. Basically the ingredients were neither fresh nor exciting - a forgettable bowel of ramen. Service though was incredibly fast, however. We ordered and received our food less than 5 minutes later. If you want better ramen, head into midtown for Totto. Prices at Takumi are 11.50/bowl of ramen.

I love the noodles they use for Tsuke-men (cold noodles to be dipped in a warm sauce). So whatever noodle dish I order, I always ask them to use the flat tsuke-men noodles. They look like linguine. Flat but a bit fat. It is delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is always consistent. Their dumplings are great too. Just FYI I am Japanese raised in China so I should know.

Perfect dish for hot Summer day! Cold dish with sweet sauce with variety of ingredients, shredded egg, ham, cucumber and sliced tomato on top. This noodle salad like dish for lunch $13(tax and tip), I found it t be not well balanced. Quality and price. Takumi Hiyashi Chuka was way too sweet for me. Very sweet sauce was good at one bite but it became too much. This cold noodle dish was in Ramen bowl and looked sad. I don't know how to describe it. It was like old....? Topping were not smiling or shining. Tasting a faul sliced tomato was unpleasant. What saved this dish was perfectly executed noodle. It was chewy but not raw, al dente!
