Love it!
Just been here for the first time and love it! OK, so the atmosphere lacks a little, but the food makes up for it! I had a great meal there, and it was better than the restaurant over the road (LTK). Will be back here for lunch tomorrow!! Yum yum!

Always satisfied
I order from them at least once a week. Love Thai Food but I am very particular about my orders, they never let me down.

Poorest service ever
I ordered lunch through Seamless. After an hour and 15 minutes, the food had still not arrived. I tried to call the restaurant but they either didn't pick up until the phone hang up by itself, or they picked up but hang up on me! It was raining outside so I understand that delivery can take long but not answering the phone/hanging up is not acceptable! And, when the food arrived (cold of course), one of the orders was wrong. Will definitely not be ordering in from here again.

Not recommended
Crab rangoon tastes like mayonnaise and there is no crab in the rangoon! It simply tastes like crap! The first batch they brought me was burnt! I had to ask them to replace it, but what a waste. I have had some unappetizing rangoons, but this takes the cake. The mixed seafood dish had two small pieces of shrimp and two very very small pieces of scallop, and a few pieces of calamari, what a joke! The rangoons and the entree cost $22 and I was hungry afterward. This place is a joke. Save your money, trust me! This experience was so disappointing that it prompted me to write my first review.

Rain is OK, restaurant not weather.
We had the Chicken Satay and Shu-Mai dumplings to start. Satay was very good, Shu-Mai were so-so. Next we had the whole Tamarind Red Snapper and Pad Thai w/shrimp. The fish was very good, with a great spicy sauce. The Pad Thai was just ordinary. Decor was cafeteria-like. Definitely not a romantic date place. Barely 4 stars for food, but 1.5 for atmosphere. Decent value.

Not for me
I ordered delivery from Rain Thai. First, when I called to place my order, the woman who answered did not know English well. It made it hard to place my order. Second, I wanted to order a fish dish that I saw on the menu online and the woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. So I had to change my order. Third, I had to order a shrimp dish (since the fish dish was unavailable). I only received four shrimp in my entree. I don't know about you, but four pieces of shrimp is not enough to satisfy my hunger at dinner time. So, while I will say that the food was tasty, I would not order from them again. The whole experience left me aggravated and unsatisfied.

Excellent Thai....Best in the area
In an area that has quite a few thai options this one truly takes the crown. The food is great and when they say spicy they mean it. It seemed way more authentic and the menu consisted a few crowd pleasers such as crab rangoon, which are the best I've ever had. I found the staff to be very nice and hospitable. My only issue is that the decor could use a slight more comfortable vibe. It is a bare and cold ambiance in there.
