Best French cuisine in Brooklyn
My gf took me here for my birthday dinner. It was a treat. I had delicious sauteed chanterelles and skate wing with lemon butter and capers. She had a goat cheese tart and trout amandine. This place doesn't beat you over the head with its Gallicness, like so many other NYC "French bistros." There is no art nouveau on the walls. It is a true family-style French restaurant, in the mold of what you would find in France. A+ for the food, too.

Good quality French
One of NYC's gems (in Brooklyn).. nice quality French food... a good prix fix and wonderful Skate. well worth a trip to Brooklyn. One of my faves!
