I've been here three times within the last two weeks, so I really feel I can honestly review this place. The food is fantastic. I love every burger. Every dish has been great - no complaints at all. My only issue is the service. I feel like you have to beg to order. Last night I waited 30 minutes from the point of ordering to the food arriving on my table. Two nights before that it was 20 minutes (and we were the only people in the place!) The waiters make it seems like a chore to get water and even give you the bill. Then, when I pay up front (the waiter never comes back for the check) the hostess girl is constantly texting on her phone, will not make eye contact, and makes me wait for her to finish so I can pay. I love the food, so I'm going to keep going back, but it's so frustrating that they don't even attempt to offer good service.

I spent yesterday reading the scathing reviews regarding the service here. Went for dinner last night prepared for the worst. I can honestly say that the service was not only fine, but all the servers seemed to go the extra mile for my table. Maybe they have been reading these reviews? Either way, I was more than happy with the way we were treated. A glass of ice for our water? No problem. More napkins? No problem. When my sister arrived and we needed an extra chair and place setting? No problem. Multiple servers helped us at separate times. I have no idea why reviews were so negative before. Now, the food...it was decent. My only other restaurant experience with this type of food is at Kate's Joint, and I guess in general I feel that the food was a bit dry. Garlic fries were the saving grace.

I had been here a couple of times before and never had a problem and the food had been tasty and the service pleasant and prompt. I will never go back here, however, after experiencing the poorest service ever! We waited for 45 minutes until after having seen many people who arrived after us receive their food, I finally got up the courage to say something to the waitress. She went back to the kitchen and returned to tell us "there had been a misunderstanding between the kitchen and the server." My companion said "Well, aren't you our server?" and she pointed to the busboy and told us he was our waiter despite the fact that she had taken our orders....and was the only server in the restaurant--it was...surreal. So then I told her that we would just pay for our drinks and she told us that our food would be right out. It was out 10 minutes later but our bill's time stamp recorded that the order took place ten minutes previously, a whole hour after we arrived and after we complained. If she had just told us she has never put the order it we could have left, it was the lying that really rubbed us the wrong way. To top it all off, my hummus was INEDIBLE. How do you screw up hummus?! It was the only time I have never left a tip.

I absolutely love this place, and I'm not even a vegetarian! The veggie burger's hands down are the best, including the fries (either regular or sweet potato). The service is friendly and prompt. I always had a wonderful experience here return to this restaurant on a regular basis. The fries always come hot, crispy and delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone willing to step out of meat kingdom for something new, tasty and healthy.

I absolutely love this place, whether it's to dine in or take out. The service is always great and they don't cut down on portions when you take out.

ive been obsesssed with this place since i moved to the east villageeverytime i order something i havent had on the menu its ALWAYS goodnever a let down and the people that work there are always so considerate and fast.

This place is awesome! I highly recommend the Cobb Salad and the Soy Chicken Burrito! Both are delicious. And great service too! Veggies beware, the fish is real fish. But, everything else is vegetarian or vegan and delicious! And some of the products are obviously Morningstar Farms or Boca. But, they are cooked to perfection!
