Quantum Leap (CLOSED)

I had been searching on here for over an hour for a vegetarian friendly place that delivers but also could satisfy my craving to eat meat (I'm newly vegetarian). This place is a great choice. I ordered the Buffalo Chikn wrap with a salad and spring rolls (no I did not eat it all). The wrap was amazing the chikn wasn't dry or overly soft and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The size of it was not small at all. Maybe its just me but I could only finish one half. The only complaint I have is that I wish the wing sauce was hotter. The salad was great and wasn't even soggy form delivery with the other hot food. The spring rolls were crisp and very good. I doubt they are homemade but they were still very good. The delivery itself only took about 25 mins and the guy was so polite. The value was great about $15 plus tip for all that! I will definitely be ordering again from here.

I have dinned here several times and have ordered take out. Everytime I have ordered takeout I was not given any utensils. So, I decided to call about the not receiving utensils I was told that they are trying to save money so for dinner they do not provide utensils. Like, WHAT? Really? What type of place is this?

I keep going back to this place, because it’s a good neighborhood vegetarian joint, but can someone please do something about the service? PLEASE fire everyone in the place, from the phone answerer who always blames the kitchen for screw-ups and refuses to apologize, to the kitchen folk who leave something out of every delivery. 3 years of takeout / delivery and they’ve probably gotten it right 3% of the time.

horrible smell. You know, the one that hits customers in the face as soon as they walk through the door? We've been going to this restaurant since it opened a few years ago and sometimes we smell it and sometimes we don't. Recently it has reappeared. It needs to be dealt with, because my husband refuses to eat there anymore. My family enjoys the food there. The staff are of uneven quality--sometimes great and sometimes completely clueless. The people at the counter are frequently exceedingly unhelpfu. Usually I don't care that much about service quality except when it results in wrong orders or food taking an extremely long time, which is often the case at this restaurant. The bottom line is that it is a great addition to the neighborhood. All of its shortcomings could be easily addressed, which makes things even more frustrating for loyal customers like me.

I've been to the restaurant before, the food has always been fine and the service ok -nothing exceptional but ok. Last night I ordered for delivery, the girl I spoke with was barely alive, gave no indication that she was even taking my order, I kept having to ask, 'are you there?, did you understand?' Then once the food arrived it was only approximately what i ordered, what they call a milkshake is an abomination. Overall a dismally frustrating experience. Moral of the story, don't order from them if you actually expect to get what you wanted.

Unfriendly and unapologetic service will prevent me from going back. Food is not inventive but ok. The staff (or at least the girl who mans the phones) leave much to be desired.

the food is awesome. you just can't go wrong. the staff is fine, nothing special, nothing horrible. it's a decent size place so you can usually get a table without a wait (except for weekend brunches). but they really need to do something about their chairs. if you push back hard on them their metal feet very very very loudly scrape against the marble floor... yikes! ouch!
