We enjoyed ourselves....
Atmosphere is inviting as soon as you open the door. Service was attentive without being over the top. We would ask for the same server again but didn't get her name. The food: we had crab cake, ceaser salad , filet, bone-in sirloin, corn creme brulee, gnocchi and cheese (nice take on mac and cheese), 2 drinks, 2 sodas, chocolate malted tart, butterscotch ice cream / oatmeal cookie. We enjoyed every bite. Was pricy but we don't regret spending the money. We will go back!!

Superb! (even during Restaurant Week!)
Under normal circumstances, Quality Meats is always consistent and phenomenal. And it was refreshing (and surprising) that their Restaurant Week lunch menu was so robust. The portions were extremely generous since the general expectation for RW is small portions of slightly subpar food. The steak tartare was absolutely delicious as was the hangar steak. And G-d bless them for delivering it truly medium rare! The apple torte dessert was sublime and i'm saddened that I've never seen this dessert on their standard menu. The waiter was very attentive without being overbearing. Bravo Quality Meats!

good place
went here last night with 5 people. service is on par with top notch steakhouses, i.e. very knowledgeable and attentative. large shellfish tower was good, ceviche was most notable, good wine list - had a couple moderately priced ones - $55 each, had a few growlers of magic hat at $30 each, the bone in rib eye was the watiers recommendation, it was fatty but good, comes with a huge bone. the waiter makes steaksauce at your table, but you shouldn't really need it. sides were just ok, parmasean fries were a little overcooked, spinach was good, but its just spinach. bread pudding was good, so was the mint ice cream. Nothing really sets this place apart from the other high end steak houses - so if you're into steak and you've been to other steakhouses (sparks, blt prime, etc) you know what you're gonna get.

Excellent Meal
I hope to come back! When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was a birthday celebration for my husband. They took note, and greeted us with a round of champagne when we were first seated. Nice touch I thought. The bread they bring you is delicious, warm popovers with sea salt and thyme. The oysters come with a trio of tasty sauces. Most of us had the filet mignon and it was delicious. It didn't need the tableside sauce, but the sauce was quite good. You MUST get the gnocchi with cheese and the crispy potatoes. The asparagus left a little something to be desired. Wine list is pretty pricey, but there are some reasonable bottles to be found.

Excellent food and world class service
Let me start by saying that the fresh steak sauce they make table side is the BEST. The steak was excellent, service immaculate. Overall my dining partner and I enjoyed ourselves immensly. Thank you Jonathan and Maurizio.

Marginal experience at best
The dining room has a nice atmosphere but the noise level was deafening. The food was mostly disappointing. Crab cake appetizer was excellent - huge lumps of crab meat barely held together by well-seasoned crumbs. However, the meat was not up to par. Rib steak for two ($55 per person), which was ordered medium was served rare and had little flavor. Rack of lamb tasted of mutton. Side orders were salty and uniformly drenched in grease, frying oil or butter. A dinner for 3 without the wine (two beers each) came to $440. Given the prices and the fact that meat is supposed to be the specialty here, this is just inexusable. There are plenty of great steakhouses in this town for anyone to need to settle for such marginal overpriced food. Not sure why this place is doing as well as it seems to be or why most other reviews are positive.

What a steakhouse should be & more!
I heard good things..so I thought I would take my wife here for our anniversary. The Space: It has the hustle and ambiance of a steakhouse, but beautifully designed and very intimate. The Service: I mentioned when booking reservations that it was our anniversary and they really made a deal of it. We had a fantastic table and they brought us champagne on the house! The waiter (Bryan) was awesome he even knew it what year anniversary we were celebrating. For a place as busy as it was ..the service was great and very personal. The Food: We didn't have a single thing that wasn't delicious. The Seafood Bouquet was amazing , I could have eaten the ceviche all day! I had the 3 filets , which were fantastic and my wife had the sirloin. She asked for the sirloin to be medium and it was a bit too rare, but the waiter noticed this as she cut it and HE took it back..we didn't even have to ask! The spinach and the crispy potatoes were perfect sides.. the Sashimi was super fresh and delicious. ..but the best part were the ice cream cones! I have been to many steakhouses in this city (all the big names) and they don't compare in terms of space, service, price or quality of steak.. Quality Meats is far better!
