Turned my birth dinner into a dream

Qi I discovered last year and marveled over it's beauty. I had a birthday dinner for 25 last week which included drinks, appetizers and amazing entrees and dessert. My guest were blown away by the restaurant and the atmosphere but blown away by the food as well. When you get 25 people together and everyone is happy...that says alot for the establishment. When the bill came I was so surprised by the $1500 tab vursus a downtown meatpacking tab that would have probably cost me three times as much. The drinks are reasonably affordable and the cuizine is top brass as well as the presentation!! Thank you Qi!

    Loved it - great find

Me and 4 of my friends went here Friday night for dinner. What a great place - good food, nice drinks and love the atmosphere. I have walked by this place tons of times and never saw it before. I would recommend anyone who likes Thai food to definitely try Qi. The Red Curry was delicious and I am not a curry person. Just a great experience all the way around

    Decent food, but loud atmosphere

The food was decent and a bit on the under seasoned side. I ordered the sessame crusted salmon and my wife ordered the Pad Thai as that was ok, not great. The atmosphere was very loud and you almost had to shout to have a conversation. The service could be better since we waited about 10 minutes on a typically slow weekday night just to get seated. Overall it was a good value meal but would I go there again if I had a choice...I'd think twice before I considered that location

I found my GO-TO thai delivery!

Really delicious, fast, and great value. Finding a decent lunch place near Times Square/Fashion District is no easy feat. I ordered the Spicy Basil Noodle with Corn Chive dumplings Lunch Special. The noodle dish is ridiculously good. It was all perfectly seasoned (just the right amount of spice) and not greasy. Delivery was on time. For $7.95, how could you do better?

    Yummy yummy food

Excellent food...even though I am from India and love Indian food, this place is amazing. Everything is good about this place...food, service, ambience, decor , cleanliness, and price! I will recommend everyone...now I want to visit Bangkok.....!

My oh my, what great Thai!

I was really in the mood for some Pad Thai with shrimp, and Qi Bangkok did not disappoint! I ordered carry out lunch special, and waited at the bar while my food was prepared. The place has non-traditional decor, which I thought was fun. My wait was short, which was another plus. I ordered a salad as the appetizer, nice fresh lettuce, and plenty of dressing. The Pad Thai noodles were just as yummy as I had hoped! I also asked for some dry spices on the side so I could control the amount of heat, which they happily put in my carry out bag. The best part was that the shrimp were cooked properly, not chewy, just sweet, mild and delicious! Do I recommend this place? You betcha.

    Overall-great thai restaurant

Suprisingly good restaurant in the middle of the theater district. Really large, bright space with good ambience. Food was pretty good too. Try the mojitos.
