The food was varied and fresh. I disagree that it needs extra seasoning.. if you eat a vegan diet your palette will change and natural foods will taste great just by themselves... give it time.. I also like that its mostly raw (which is healthier). I wish they would have more organic choices (I would pay some more for those specific choices) label the dishes, indicate what is organic, and also extend the hours 1 more hour... It was kind of ridiculous showing up at 7:30 dinner time on Sunday and the place had just closed. Stay open till 8:30pm for real (not closing early) at least. one more hour should bring some dinner business.

I love the huge variety of fresh vegetables, grains and beans here. The salad bar price of $8.95 per pound is not bad, considering you really have to pile on the food to get to one pound. I appreciate that everything seems to be a healthy choice, but the food could really use some more seasoning. Most of the dishes, except for the spicy almond sauce, are very bland. They could also benefit from a steam table so that some of the dishes could be served hot. While the salad bar items are somewhat reasonable, everything else on the menu however, is way overpriced. Their sandwiches are $7.95 each, and their smoothies and juices start at $7! A $7 smoothie should be made from organic fruits, but there is no indication that any of the food or drink served here is organic. Aside from those minor complaints, I still eat here pretty frequently, as it makes for a quick and healthy meal.

This is a great place with very healthy choices. Sometimes finding a place that is truly healthy is difficult but Pure is the exception and they are great. The menu is extensive and they have cleansing plans on the written menu. A great choice Highly recommended
