Finally stopped by Purbird yesterday and after a quick chat with Christine, I opted for the half chicken and chopped romaine salad. Secretly, I wasn't thrilled about the salad- but Christine insisted. (Right behind me, a guy was eating the most fragrant and delicious smelling fries...) The portion was generous so I thought that I was going to save half of the chicken and salad for lunch the next day. Boy was I wrong! I devoured every last bite (and shared a few with my dog- lucky dog!). The romaine salad was shockingly AMAZING (tons of fresh herbs and a light but very enjoyable lemon dressing). The chicken- like everyone has said- was one of the best I have ever had. I don't normally consider chicken a "go to" dish but in this case, it certainly is. The yummy homemade dipping sauces and flatbread really topped the meal off. I enjoyed everything so much that I had to call Christine to thank her for dinner!

Tried Purbird for the first time yesterday and was so pleased with everything I ate! The flame grilled chicken is not overseasoned, juicy and just plain goodness. I had mine with the lemon & parsley sauce, just the right amount of tang. I also ordered the veggie of the day which was grilled string beans that was sprinkled with garlic and olive oil, they were cooked perfectly - crunchy and super flavorful. My friend had the chicken burger and kept raving about how tender the patty was and how he lived the special sauce. Overall really good, seems like they get a lot of delivery & take out orders, we saw a lot of people come in and out. So happy to have discovered this place, will be coming back again!

Without a doubt some of the best chicken I have ever eaten. Not a bad item on the menu, everything always cooked to perfection and the owner and service couldn't be better. My personal favorite is the Chicken Burger and their sides and sauces are amazing. The veggie of the day has yet to let me down. Everything just tastes fresh. Make sure you try some of the bread - it's amazing. Hope they're around a long time.

Best chicken I've ever had.. I went a few weeks back with my wife for the first time and was amazed by the taste of chicken. But the sides are also amazing.. I just ordered for Delivery for the first time and I hope it's just as good.. I'll keep u up to date....

I have been to Purbird at least twice a week since it first opened.....yes it's that good. After trying the entire menu, I can say with confidence that there is not a single mediocre item on there.....but there are standouts. The whole chicken is incredible, and is even better when paired with one of their homemade sauces. The chicken burger is also great, and you can make a meal out of it when combined with their fries. Also, the owner is amazing and is doing everything she can to make her restaurant as good as it can be. I've taken all of my friends here and you should check it out too.
