We got there and there was only 1 waiter and one bartender working the whole room. When we arrived, the host-waiter was very rude to us. He did not have a table ready for us (and we did have a reservation) and he told us loudly to go stand at the bar. So finally he sat us near the windo overlooking the rink. Great view however, there was a huge draft by the window and slowly my wife and i had to put on our scarf and gloves as the night went on because it was so cold. My wife ordered the crab cake and tilaipia which she enjoyed. I ordered the cocunut shrimp and steak marsala. Both of my dishes arrived cold. if it was only served hot, it would have been good. We finally ordered coffee (which tasted like it was nuked in a microwave) a brownie with vanilla gelato for dessert. A good twenty minutes after we ordered it, it finally arrived with the gelato melted. We just wanted to get the heck out of there at that point. I would strongly reccomend they add more staff on a Friday night if they want to succeed. this place has some potential.

Wanted to meet a friend near the Rockefeller Centre for a quite drink and a nice, healthy bite to eat and saw the reviews for this place. Yes, it is in a concealed location and part of a Sports Club but good views onto the ice rink, a friendly barman and nice atmosphere. Good healthy food, unlike so many of the other places around the area.

ordered delivery and was very impressed. great selection of make your own everything (salads, sandwiches, stir frys). great soups. daily hot entrees and sushi specials as well. delivery was fast. food was great (except the fruit salad). lots of whole wheat alternatives.

My husband and I went to Pulse recently, it was a really nice atmosphere with a great view of the Rockafellar skating rink! We shared some delicious chicken dumplings for an appetizer called Tsekune and I had Sashimi Tuna Salad. I'd recommend it to all!

Took my girlfriend to Pulse on Valentine's Day for dinner per a friend's suggestion. The ambience is a bit sterile, although a few of the tables have a really nice view of the skating rink, and the restaurant is small enough to hear yourself think. That said, the food was excellent! We both had seafood dishes and loved them. The seasoning and sauces were delicious and the presentation was very nice. My scallops were served with a coconut polenta which was the best polenta I've ever tasted. Definitely worth a visit.
