    Pretentious

I decided to take my daughter here for a farewell dinner, she was going to study abroad. After siting for a half hour waiting for service, a waiter finally approached, took a drink order and disappeared. It would be another 20 minutes before he returned to ask for our drink order. We decided to try ordering meals instead. The appetizer order arrived after the standard 20 minute wait,- they only brought one order. The main couse order was entered at this time fully aware that we'd be better off leaving and going elsewhere. This meal, when it finally arrived, proved to be tasty. The portions were exquisitely small and the prices extremely high for the value. This is a very pompous and pretentious environment.

    Finally some New Zealand Fare

I came here to give the boyfriend a birthday dinner, who spent loads of time in New Zealand. It proved to be a success-from the amazing decor, to the Kangaroo meat, to great wine, it was a wonderful experience. We want to make this a regular thing now, and I highly recommend spending the dough. (good value for the price) I also recommend getting the sampler for dessert.

    My new favorite!!

My much anticipated visit was everything I thought it would be and more!! The service was wonderful (they were totally accomodating, not rushing us to order when we had to wait an extra half an hour at the table for our last guest to arrive). The food innovative and absolutely exquisite! I had to get the dessert tester b/c i just couldn't decide, while they were all great -- hokey pokey ice cream. Just do it. The infused vodkas were excellent too! I can't wait to go back :)

    Go, go, go now.

Exactly the kind of place you'd expect and want downtown finally pops up in Nolita. Just plain cool. Enchanting space, inventive food, very decent service. I had a great, great night there. Not cheap, but let's face it - how tired are you of Cafe Habana??

    You should try it

Great food. They had a lot of nice choices and it was reasonably priced. I will go back.

    a bit of a shock

The food was exceptional ($60 pre fix), the atmosphere was wonderful and our large party was looked after particularly well. Moments before the bill arrived I was thinking what an outstanding place this was... then, when the bill turned up and the total was three times the pre fix rate per person, we were dumbfounded. The oh-so attentive service came with uncalled for extras, much of which remained undrunk and uneaten.

    Sexy

The food the wonderful, service flawless and the staff were not only beautiful but the nicest I've experienced in the city. From the sexy hostesses right down to the pleasent server, I'd definately recommend this to anyone with a sophisticated palette.
