Absolutely Unique
Go here! Interior is untouched since its Mad Men era makeover. Bring friends and sit in the single seats together--you'll have a great time. Burger is ok. Service is friendly. Classic New York

Ugh
We ordered the fish and chips, it may have been the worst meal we have ever had. What a shame, this was a good place at one point.

worst burger i've had in NYC
nice atmosphere but the burger sucked. for a place called "prime" burger i thought i'd get something good. the burger was absolutely awful. it came with no lettuce, tomato or condiments. ugh, and i ordered it medium, and it came back well. plus, they tried to cover up their crappy beef by piling two slices of cheese on the burger, which i might say were quite good. that's the only thing about the meal i enjoyed. the cheese. also, the fries came out like 10 minutes before my burger. wow, i didn't know fries were an appitizer. don't go there, but if you do just ask for two slices of cheese.

Fantastic!
Best Grilled Cheese I've ever had. Plus the tables are really cool and it's in a great location! Not much else to eat near 5th avenue

Burger day
I had chosen this burger place based on spending a good time looking for other burger places near The American Girl store without spending big bucks such as Burger Heaven. The burger was very good, and the onion rings were outstanding. The service was awful and I believe because the place was jammed pack. The tables in the back were jammed next to each other and the atmosphere is very poor in the place. But I enjoyed the food and my wife prefers the Burger Heaven place because of the atmosphere and the burgers are a lot bigger. I did leave the place hungry, but I also enjoyed the food. I go to NYC once a week and I plan on going again and eating at the counter by myself. Great place for a cheap business man but for a family, very uncomfortable place. The prices are very reasonable and so is the food!

Not recommended
Today, we took a gamble and got Primeburger for lunch... what a dumb decision. The burgers were tiny, dry, and they apparently don't know the difference between medium and well done. The fries were okay, not bad, but honestly you'd be better off with mcdonalds or wendys. With numerous other places in the area, skip the primeburger, because they're just completely sub par.

Great!
I went there this past weekend with my mom! The service was good the waiters so funny! The food was so worth it and the atmosphere just a typical restuarant for New Yorkers, and that is who was eating in there. Lots of business people! So great! Great place to take kids as well!
