Prime KO

Was there on thanksgiving for the first time, their food is amazing and their service is top notch. I have never been to a restaurant that has this great quality service and food, we never waited on anything servers were there all the time and the food was amazing. Yes they are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for, will definitely be back for more.

The restaurant was very loud- can not hear yourself speak. Waiters were arrogant- upon asking for a wine recommendation - the waiter said we sell Kosher wines and None are good! Ordered a $60 steak- medium- and was tough. Poor dining experience for a pricey restaurant. Would not go back.

We just got home from dinner at Prime KO and would never go again. The restaurant felt like a dance club with unbearably loud music. The manager had a bad attitude after they seated us late and turned the music up in the middle of our dinner. To make matters worse, midway through our dinner, they added another table right next to us in the aisle so that we were on top of another couple. The food took forever to come and they forgot half of our order. This is not the service or ambiance one expects when paying these types of prices

Just got back from eating there tonight. Took 10 min to seat us when had a dozen empty tables, then took 20 min for a waiter to finally acknowledge us -- and only after we asked a third time. Then had to beg for a wine list. Food was very tasty, but steak severely undercooked and came with ridiculously overpowering sauce on the side -- chef should know better than to ruin the meat's flavor. Wife ordered a meat dish minus the meat (vegetarian), tried to charge full price anyhow until I asked. Noisy atmosphere made worse by the loud club music they started playing in the middle of our meal, not to mention the "woo!" girls cheering and clapping. Not a fine dining experience, won't be going back. There are better fine kosher options, including by the same owners.

I had many small dishes here, the quality of the food was excellent, great flavor. The fish was top notch, Tuna on a rice paddy, short ribs and the cod...I give them all A +!!! Just dont get the lamb chops! The taste is good, but 14 bucks per lamb chop..its one solid bight of meat per....an outrage! Otherwise great atmosphere and top notch food

Service was amazing and our waiter was great. If you don't eat red meat like me there was a lot of great chicken dishes. Pricing was great and affordable for those who want to spend a little less at a nice restaurant. Loved it and is going on my top Manhattan Kosher restaurants.

I went last night for dinner for the third time. the service was so bad i will have to rethink going back. 1- i orderd soup and when it was brought to me the server looked at me and wanted me to move the bottem plate for him so he can put the soup down. 2 -evrytime i tried calling a surver to add to our order sombody ran away and the waiter never came!! 3- the forgot some dishes on our order. 4-i was at the resturant opening week (mistake) and i orderd some stuff . i asked the waiter who was my waiter that time and he started fighting with me that they never had anything remotly close to what i wanted. He kept on insisting that it was at prime grill. Finally, he called over a nother waiter who was also there since it inseption who was able to guide me to what i was looking for. i hope this critic leads to better service bc i would to see another kosher restuarant succed
