This place is simply overpriced. I went as a business dinner and I believe I could have gotten a simililar steak elsewhere. Plus, the tables are sitting on top of each other. While our server was good, the uninspired steak at those prices would not bring me back. I believe if this place was not Kosher, it would not survive in NYC.

My brother is kosher and a foodie... which is a tough mix. This is his favorite restaurant. Non-kosher family members (the rest of us) can actually join him for meals here -- we can deal with this place. The food is exceptional and the ambiance is almost swanky... almost...

What a great place! The food was phenomenal and our server recommended a perfect bottle of wine with the steaks. It was quite a bit noisy, though and we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. But the wonderful food and the exceptional service made up for it easely. I can't wait to go back there. Unfortunately the place is very pricy, so I only be able to visit on special occasions.

The bill was astronomical, but it was one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. From beginning to end, the food was absolutely out-of-this-world. If money is not an issue, I challenge you to find a better meal in the city.

The steaks were excellent, but for such an expensive dinner, I don't expect to be seated so close to other parties, and be rushed out the door so quickly. I felt like I was a burden on the restaurant, to be pushed out as fast as possible. Will not be going back.

The welcome is a little frosty, the service more Miami than Manhattan, but the steaks are sensational. A butter knife instead of a steak knife would suffice. Nothing to start and nothing to finish every ounce of love is in the main course.

This is a great traditional steak house that does not stand out as being a "kosher" restaurant. Heavy business traffic and sometimes noisy, but the food is excellent and the atmosphere is typical big city steak house. A great place to meet clients.
