Good and Fast
I like the Pret chain - their food is invariably fast and good. The only difficulty with the sandwiches is that they're ready made, so if you don't like tomato or whatever, you have to just take it off. However, you can buy half sandwiches as well as whole. Their soups are excellent - especially love the Spiced Pumpkin Bisque. They can be a bit pricey, though.
