    Excellent!

my boyfriend and i just returned from a lovely evening at prespa. we were both very impressed by the ambience, attentiveness of the wait staff and the quality of each item brought to the table. it's been awhile since i felt so appreciated by a restaurant and enjoyed a dining experience to this extent!

    good food

our first time in this restaurant (couple of weeks ago) and i have to admit the food was very good, the atmosphere same only the waitress needs serious training, she dsnt know the food nor the drinks

    Consistently cooked wrong

I have been to Prespa 4 times. The 1st time I came away very happy with the meal. The remaining times there always seemed to be an issue. Either the rice in the Paella wasn't cooked or the pasta was not cooked. A very mediocore chef and definitely not worth the price. There are much better places in Murray Hill and the city to spend your money on.

    Speakeasy dining

Prespa looks a little formal as you enter through the doorway, but any suggestion of stuffiness vanishes at the warm, welcoming greeting by the front-staff. Thereafter, the restaurant perfectly maintains the atmosphere of pleasant, cheerful, engaged attention - never lapsing into "familiarity". The food is artfully presented and delicious, the wine list is well chosen and not unreasonably priced. We had a lovely evening and would return with our most demanding friends

    Unpleasantly Surprised

food was very bland. When the majority of our party is still hungry, you know something is wrong. Do not mind paying for food and service that we ordered but food was just not good. The Manager was aware that we did not even touch our main dish and I guess he preferred charging for every plate instead of making any accommodations (not that we wanted any).

    Great place

This is an under-valued restaraunt. The food is of the best quality. The staff is extremely warm and knowledgable of the menu. They are adept at pairing wine with any entree. The atmosphere and decor of the actual space is great. It provides an intimate setting for a small dinner while also able to provide a communal feeling for a larger group. One of the top restaurants in Murray Hill

    Great NYC Value

I took some dear family friends to Prespa not knowing what to expect. It was fabulous! We all had a great meal and were pleasantly surprised by the tab. Very high value meal and service for a very reasonable price. We will be returning soon.
