    Not good

I just got the chicken parm with penne and garlic bread. Where do I start, chicken rubbery and bland. It looks like they threw some cheese on top of the chicken to melt as an afterthought, def not parm cheese. The garlic bread was not very fresh but OK. My lunch is in the garbage. It was disappointing. The soda was the best part of this lunch. The phone and delivery guy were very polite.

    What a Keeper

Picked up chicken parm and ziti today for lunch. Fresh, cheap, fast and delicious.

One of the best in the Wall Street Area

I've eaten at Pranzo at least once a week for the past 3 or 4 years and order from them regularly for office meetings and functions. The vodka pizza is my favorite, with the Sicilian coming a close second. The food is good, the place is clean and the managers are very friendly. I've tried quite a few pizza places in the Wall Street area and I'd say Pranzo is in the top two.

Not perfect pizza, but very creative!

I found Pranzo when I started searching for a decent downtown pizzeria. I've tried Pranzo's regular pizza a couple of times, and all times I've found nothing particularly special about the taste. It's VERY GOOD, but it doesn't have that Grimaldi's taste and feel (Brooklyn) or Milano's sauce texture (Staten Island). However, what I've regularly ordered and enjoyed every time I've been back to Pranzo's (about twice a month) is two slices of Vodka Pizza, a Pranzo's specialty as far as I've seen. It's basically a regular pizza, with some Vodka sauce mixed with tomato sauce and some diced tomatoes on top. The taste can really take you away for a moment. I highly recommend trying this pizza!

    Pranzo please!

These guys are incredible. If you need 50 pies for your office or you stroll into their place they got it covered. The line looks long but moves fast. the pizza is "new york"and the pasta dishes are top notch. Try the penne ala vodka. the meatball subs are awesome. Great food, fast service reasonable prices.

    Not Recommended

I visited this place with friends from work and we were all disappointed. The pizza slices were very doughy and oily with no taste. The pasta was dry with a lot of onion in the Marinara sauce which gave it a funny taste. The chicken tasted like defrosted frozen chicken. Needless to say I will not be going back to Pranzo.

Italian the way it should be

Every time we are in "the city" I make it a point to stop in to grab a slice and coke and I am never disappointed--take it from me this guy knows how to make a slice! And not to mention the chicken parm is awesome-and do not forget the chicken pesto--grab a dinner to go for the way home.
