Unexpectedly yummy and a bargain too
Went here for brunch because our onginal restaurant was closed. What an unexpected delight. The food was delicious and came a full basket of yummy breads (more than we needed), and a selection of jams and butters to go with them. The portions for the brunch were ample and the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food received. And the service was great. Highly recommended.

Great Vibe, Great Food
Had reservation for a whole duck dinner and was more than pleasently suprised. Greated me like I was an old friend, had great recomendation for a bottle of wine to go with dinner, friendly staff. This place seems like they really care.

Eh..
Good wings, but a bit pricey and no room to hang out if not sitting at the bar or in the back. I wouldn't go to watch a game because it isn't really built for that. Also took about 15 mins. to get a beer which didn't taste fresh.

Not a sports bar
Light jazz music playing softly the night of the college football championship game. Large light fixtures hanging over the bar obstruct view of TVs and cast glare into eyes of patrons seated therender. Sweet but clueless bartender has no idea what games are on when. This place has serious identity crisis - west village candleight or wannabe upscale sports bar. Not cheap either.

Mashed potatoes!
I really like it here. Nice bar, love the fireplace. It's a very warm and cozy atmosphere. And the mashed potatoes were AMAZING! Friendly staff. I would come back.

Great neighborhood spot!
This place is great! Super nice bartenders, really good food (love the grilled cheese), great beers and a good atmosphere. It's casual but not divey. We love it!
