Exhaustingly incompetent and rude service
i have ordered from pop's a few times. the food is acceptably tasty and mostly comes as advertised. this of course in no way counters, makes up for, or excuses the horrific display of customer service that seemingly grows worse and worse with each order. while i have no beef with the delivery person, i have nothing but beef with the persons who man the phone, take customer's orders, and apparently run the ship. everytime i order, i must repeat my slightly made-to-order requests multiple times invariably with poor results and a hostile attitude to boot. no more.

Yummy and cheap
Love pops, my friends and I have had most of the menu and have never been disappointed. And the price!!! And extra plus for pops. Food takes a little long but look at the size of the kitchen, it's tiny. The one cook they can fit back there works his little butt off...

Good food! Poor service!
So I've heard about this place and was excited to try it!! Got the cheese fries and a turkey burger. Not a big fan of the cheese fries which were soaking in cheese and got really soggy! The turkey burger was good, def fresh, but had a "meat" taste to it. The lady behind the register was rude and looked miserable.. Other than that the food is worth the buck, but there are def better burger places around here!

As the others said, great "bad" food
Me and the other half are trying new places around the city now that i'm driving. So, we decided to give Pops a try. OHHH MAN. I don't eat red meat or pork, so I'm always looking for to fill that burger craving with a good turkey burger. This place above and beyond delivers. No cheap frozen turkey patty here, real turkey meat, 6 0z onions/lettuce/tomato/thousand island dressing standard, crisp fresh fries and the price, the cherry on top. My Lady had a cheeseburger with chilli cheese fries, she said the burger was really good and the chilli for the fries had actual hearty meat pieces in it, not just like cooked tomato sauce with meat. Will be placing an order here again shortly. Even though I shouldn't, food is too "bad" to be soo damn good.
