I go into to order food. I ordered my burger well done. So I expected a little bit longer wait - no problem. So I sit down to wait. 20 minutes later, the lady who took my order - was this her first day? - It took over 5 minutes to order a bacon, mushroom cheeseburger with fries. Yes, she kept messing up that simple order. No onions or pickles. Yet there were a ton on my burger. So, she comes to me - then asks me, are you being helped? Wtf!There was just me who ordered from here- there were a few people who sat down - but were helped by other waitress'. So how the hell did she mess up my order? So I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook my food. I don't understand how you can mess up the only order in the 30 minutes I was there?!

Love this place! The service is great, the staff friendly, the food is fantastic and it's family friendly (important to a mother of a precocious 3 year old) delivery is fast and hot too. Great burgers and philly and dogs. My one complaint is I wish they'd use potato rolls for ALL the burgers not just the jr..but in the grand scheme of things it's amazing either way! Goodbye Johnny Rockets, Hello Pops!

Pops has already become one of our favorite spots. Chili, veggi burger, cheeseburger and chips and guacamole have all been fantastic! Great spot for a low key meal

Been twice. first had the burger and just had the cheesesteak.... ummmmm. Amazing.... will be back, great selection of beers too. good job Pops.
