Not Worth It
I had the pistachio bar dipped in dark chocolate. The gelato had zero pistcahio flavor. They charge an extra 50.¢ for dipping and another extra 50.¢ for toppings, the bars with no dipping or topping are $4.50. Basically, overpriced. The bars are thin and at least the pistachio one which I tried was flovorless.

not the best.
read the other reviews and i had to comment. this is most definitely NOT the best gelato in NYC, or even on carmine st. they are popsicles. for $5. and not very good ones. mediocre texture. cool design for sure, but aint worth it.

Best Gelato in NYC
Everyone MUST try a gelato bar from Popbar. Went with a big group so we all got to taste each other's flavors. Pistachio dipped in real pistachios was a favorite. So was the strawberry yogurt. And so was the chocolate dipped in white chocolate, and so was.... well, everything!

the best gelato in NYC!
Heard so much aboout this place from my college friends. Best thing in NYC to beat the heat. Fresh, tasty, incredible gelato on a stick. I am addicted! And beautiful look too.

WOW WOW WOW
This place just blew me away. Fresh gelato, sorbetto and yogurt on a stick that can be customized to whatever you want! The place is modern looking and clean. The staff was super friendly and explained to me how they make all the popbars in house - AMAZING!! Best of all, the popbars are all natural and the sorbettos have no sugar added. My daughter had the strawberry sorbetto dipped in milk chocolate and I had an almond gelato dipped in hazelnuts and white chocolate. WOW WOW WOW. This is a place you must go to in the West Village!
