Disappointing burger place!
Cool interior decor that makes you want to go in and try the place. Guess wrong! The hostess told us it was going to be a 10-15 minutes wait and it ended up to be close to 30 minutes. They didn't have many drink selections and the food took forever to come! The burger was flavorless and didn't come with any sides or fries for $10-12! My friends were disappointed because they order salads and the waitress never gave them a fork. It's probably a good "beer" place with friends. Definitely not for food!

Great pub fare
Pop Pub in NYC, a beery new offshoot of the long-time Meatpacking District favorite Pop Burger, just recently opened on University Place, and we couldn't be happier that the Pop people chose this particular stretch of Manhattan to set up shop. Not that Pop Pub serves anything all that spectacular. The Pop Pub menu of sliders, tater tots, salads, and sandwiches fits right in with the college-town feel of the street, but given the amount of time we spend in this neighborhood, going to movies and seeing shows, another solid quick-bite spot is most definitely welcome.

A great go-to for burgers, beer and atmosphere
I--ahem--popped in the other night for dinner and drinks with a friend. It was exactly what we wanted--great fried food, and casual yet chic environs. The fries were particularly excellent. So were the namesake mini burgers. We were so into it, my friend and I--ahem--popped in to check the place out during daylight fourteen hours later. We sat at the bar, drank some cappuccinos, and tested the Wifi (worked perfectly!). Count me a fan, night and day.

not what I would call a great (or even good) lobster roll
Minced lobster on a lobster roll?? I might as well get a cheap tuna salad sandwich from a deli. wow- not good. Tots were edible however.
