Wonderful Dinner
My sister and I went to Pongsri for my birthday dinner last night. I have to say I was extemely pleased with the food. I had Pongsri Shell Steak w/ Cream Avacodo. My sister had Fried whole snapper w/ Green Curry Sauce. We each had a side of mixed veggies and rice. We both enjoyed our meals-A LOT. My sister's fish was properly seasoned, fried tgo perfection and the curry sauce complemented the fish very well. My steak was tender and juicy and my sauce was perfect. I asked them to make it spicy and they added just the right amount of heat. My only complaint is- I ordered my steak medium-well. When I got my meal- it was more like medium-rare. I asked the waiter to change it and she was very attentive and quickly replaced my steak. After that- it was awesome. I highly recommend you giving this place a try.

Poor service
I've had good luck with this place until tonight. I ordered Pra-Ram Pak and they brought me Pad-Ruam Pak. I called to have them fix it, and they brought the right order but without tofu. I called to tell them, and they said it would be awhile because they were busy. So, I guess the moral of the story is don't let the delivery guy leave without checking your order.

Not thinking outside rice box.
I ordered delivery to home. They could not get the order right. I wanted rice $12 ask for fried rice they wanted to charge another $10. That's messed up.

Pad Thai
The best Pad Thai Iv'e ever had, and it's always great! I would go here everyday if my lady liked Thai as much as I.

Good food!
I am never disappointed when I come here (23rd St). It has been consistently good for the past 7-8 years i've been going.

Small Portions, Not Spicy
The lunch special take-out portions are very small. You need to order two or get an appetizer or something. They're cheap, so it's not a big deal ordering two. The panang and red curries are not spicy at all (or as spicy as they should be), so I ask for extra spicy. The Thai iced teas are good, but they give you way too much ice and not enough tea.

Gypped and not happy about it
This restaurant is the biggest gyp in the city. Their entree take-out portions are so small, you'll find yourself buying a second lunch to still your hunger pangs. On top of that, the food is tasteless and dry. If you want a decent lunch, bypass this place.
