No impressed at all
I will definitely not go back here. The food was mediocre. Service was absolutely poor! They pay no attention to you and don't even stop by to ask if everytthing is okay. And they didn't even have my favorite Thai dessert of mango and sticky rice that every other Thai place I've been to offers. Don't waste your time or money here.

I really like this place!
I truly had a pleasant experience. Thought the food and atmosphere was great. Service could have been a little faster but perhaps it was just the time of day (near theatre time). Have gone there a few times with friends, family and co-workers and have yet to be disappointed.

Server problems, poor food
My friends and I went to this Thai restaurant last night (9/12/2007) thinking that as many people were eating, the food should be decent. However, dining there was a negative experience. We waited at least 15 minutes for our orders to be taken, and then surprisingly the food came 5 minutes right after. (The food wasn't that hot) The dishes we ordered (pad thai, pad see-ew and rad nar) were not good. Pad thai was strangely too sweet; pad see-ew tasted blend, and rad nar tasted like a chinese dish as supposed to a thai dish There was no way why such low quality of food would be more expensive than other asian restaurants we have been to around the same area. The worst part of our visit was after we paid (exact amount + tips), the waiter came back telling us "these are the recommended amounts for tips" (the bill actually did print out the different amounts for various tip percentages, such as "15% $4.53, 20%" etc) We told them we already paid and would be leaving. They said 'no no no you didnt' tip enough" We told them the food was bad and the service wasn't great and headed to the door. They chased after us to the door yelling 'if you don't tip enough, next time we wouldn't serve you". We were all disappointed with their poor attitude and responded that we would never come back. We could not imagine a restaurant located in Times Square / Broadway show theater district would provide such horrible customer service and undelicious food, I would tell everyone not to ever try this place.

I love this place! I never have had a bad meal here and even with 45 mins before a play I will be in and out! Best Thai salad! Priced very well!

Great Lunch Place
They have very affordable lunch specials and service was quick. Food was delicious and willing to try again. For a reasonable price and quality thai food for lunch, this is the place.

Not going back....
Ate here last night with a friend and we both agreed it was not the best thai we had. The food was way too greasy and we asked to make the Pad See Ew a little spicy, it came out VERY spicy. In my opinion there are many better places to eat thai food in the city so skip this one.
