This is simply the best Thai restaurant in Manhattan. The food is excellent and the majority of it is cooked to your particular spice rating ( from mild up to Thai hot & Spicy ). On my last visit I tried the "Jewels On The Beach". I have never seen so much seafood in one meal, Mussells, Squid, Giant Prawns and Amazingly huge Scallops, all cooked to perfection. The food is excellent, the staff are pleasant and attentive, in short this is a MUST visit restaurant if you are in Manhattan.

I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. the staff is very attentive and takes the time to remember their repeat customers. I just got back from lunch and all i have to say is YUMMY!

the food is good for the price especially the lunch specials but the service is very bad, so don't expect a great customer service experience when you go there !

if you go in for takeout, expect the woman in the back, when she gets around to acknowledging you, to ask you with a straight face if you would mind waiting a half an hour for your food. when you explain that that makes no sense, she tells you can go. the managers don't seem to understand that this is a terrible policy for retaining customers, they are so overstuffed with people and getting them in and out. sometimes when you call on the phone, the lady asks you if you would mind waiting an hour for your order. it's up to you, the food's sort of lousy, but it's better than most thai in the area.

Worked across the street from here for four yrs. The service is usually not good the servers don't listen to you because they want you in & out. The food is ok for the $, but not an enjoyable experience overall.

I just feel the food could have had more zest. I like Thai becuase of the use of basil and cilantro in their foods. My spicy rice consisted of just eggs, chicken and rice sprinkled with a few scallions. It had no taste whatsoever. It's the first time I had to use Duck and Soy sauce to give Thai food flavor. Very sad. : - ( I was looking forward to a GREAT THAI LUNCH.

I really like the curries here, the Panang, Red, Yellow and Massaman are my favorites. Great place to eat in or take out. Most of the lunch specials come out to $7.53 or less (including tax)
