Not bad at all
I actually really enjoy the food from Pongsri. I feel that it is a good value for Manhattan, especially given the limited choices of Thai food in the Midtown area. I'd say go ahead and give it a try if you're in the area.

Food is poor, not authentic
I'm Thai American and have been to Thailand ....... the food at this restaurant is really not authentic ...... it's actually bad ...... the Tom Yum Goong soup tasted like tomato soup ..... pad thai was mediocre .... panang curry and green curry were bad ....

Noise, noise and more noise!!!
What a noisy place! You have to scream across the table to make a conversation. The food is just so-so. Their curry is watery and the chef is too cheap to put more meat in it.
