Not recommended
I placed an order for 10 persons to be delivered for lunch during a meeting, wish I told the resturant about ahead of time. They showed up on time, however they did not provide us with any condiments, utensils..nothing, no sauces..nothing $133 order and NO Utensils...wtf??? The delivery guy returned and they still left out everything important...so I had food and no utensils.

Locals rule at Pomodoro!!
Yes, this place is filled with more tourists than us locals would like, but then again, we know how to order!! I saw some euros eating french fries, a salad, and a whole pie for one person!!! They're just clueless, and deserve what they get!! But Locals know that Pomodoro has the absolute BEST vodka sauce pizza!!! If you stick with the pizza, your meal will rock!!

Great Food!
I found the food and atmosphere to be excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely go again.

Disappointed!
Ordered lunch delivery here. The Italian dishes were fine but I ordered a side salad and an Italian Wrap. The salad was good but the dressing was pure vinegar and nothing else! The wrap was literally a very loosely wrapped tortilla with lettuce, a tomato slice, ONE triangle of cheese, ONE triangle of Ham and TWO pieces of pepporoni! No dressing, badly wrapped, nothing to it! It's as if someone just threw it together with one hand tied to the blinders they were wearing. Very disappointed!

rude workers!
I went to this restaurant today for lunch and the service was horrible at best. I ordered the Fisherman's Platter and was told to wait to the side. After about 10 minutes I ask the guy at the counter how much longer it would be. He goes to the back and comes back with my food. I ask if it had just been sitting there and he said no. Obviously it has just been sitting there because it was already bagged.

great!
The Vodka pizza here is INCREDIBLE...the best pizza in the city (and i've tried a lot of them)... in general, the restaurant doesnt have great decor or atmosphere, but it's one of the best italian restaurants in all of NYC. The eggplant rollatini is SUPERB...as is the baked ziti...and the staff is friendly... Thanks for amazing, reasonably price Italian in nyc!!
