Very good Japenese food. However very noisy, plus sit very close to other people if only party of 2. Will recommend, but dont know if u wanna just relax as it is noisy.

My husband and I have been coming to Poke for about 2 years now. First we came and were a bit turned off by slightly higher than average price points. However, our initial sceptisism was quickly replaced by addiction. We are now regulars there, everyone on the chef's team is super friendly. The sushi is amazing , their spicy mayo is wonderful. We get seated relatively promptly (not true for parties of more than 2). Each time we make it a small celebration by bringing our own favorite wine/beer. Simply a wonderful treat for us Upper Easters removed from the downtown gems.

The sushi is great and it is quite affordable. I love the place...My wife and I have been going on a weekly basis for the past two years.

Went here last night. Not impressed. Don't go here if you are a party of 2. the tables are so close together it's rediculous. Food was average at best. I think people like it here because it is a BYOB.

There are so many things that I enjoy about this quaint cozy upbeat sushi restaurant that I don’t know where to start. The fish is always fresh and flavorful -arguably the best Red Snapper and Toro sushi in all of Manhattan. They have the largest assortment of special rolls it would be a challenge not to find one best suits your palate… I suggest the Dynamite roll. It’s BYOB so it’s never a question if they have your favorite sake. They tend to have a long wait past 8:30pm on any given night, but the best part about it is the fact that you don’t have to wait there. I came in and put my name in with the hostess and she called me when the table was ready. – They even chilled our wine while we were having a drink across the street! - I give Poke two solid thumbs up!

The single-best sushi spot in Manhattan. The staff is warm and friendly, its BYOB and the fish is as fresh as possible. You can't lose. I recommend the MORNING GLORY roll (it's off menu, but brilliant.) The truffle and spicy-crunchy toro rolls come in a close second. Also, there is a good chance you can meet up with Nate Mesics when he is there. Enjoy!

Great sushi spot that beats everything else in the neighborhood! Really fresh fish. Awesome BYOB policy = saving money so you can buy more sushi. Definitely a place where you can become a regular.
