Extremely over priced for the portions you get. The food is not prepared well- the vegetables are old and rubbery, the falafel balls are too fried. The service is super slow. If you eat there, expect to wait 25-30 minutes for your food. If you order for delivery, expect to wait an hour or more. This is a salad and sandwich place, there is NO reason that it should take that long. I gave service a 1 because at least the food came.

I thought it was a very nice simple resturaunt their new schnitzel was made just right and the sauce there is really good!

I walked here from work to get food for myself and co-workers and when we got back with our order was wrong. Two of the platters were supposed to come with salad and when I called the person sent out a delivery person with the salads. When I accepted the order he rudely asked "NO TIP?!" I said you brought us this because the order was wrong why do I need to tip when they are correcting there mistake! I called the manager who was apologetic and agreed that delivery is free, tipping is not required. But we will not return. This was our first time and will be our last.

I've ordered from Pita Grill several times - the food is generally good, but I've had consistent problems with them getting the order right. I've had to send food back several times because its not what I've ordered, and today they got it wrong twice. They also have a tendency to forget sauces for sandwiches and dressings for salads. Additionally, their nonchalant attitude about their mistakes is frustrating when you've paid ten bucks for chicken and lettuce...

Have ordered from here many times and eaten here a couple of times - food is always good, but the service is not good at all. Last night was the final straw. Called to place my order, and gave the girl on the phone my order no less than 10 times - and she just did not understand what I was saying, despite the fact that she spoke perfect English, with no accent - it was not a language barrier, it was like she just didn't care enough to listen to what I was saying. I asked to speak with someone else, but she wouldn't let me. She was super rude, but I was hungry, so just let it go. 50 minutes later the food had not arrived (this was at 10 pm, so not exactly a super busy time of night), I called to check on it, was told it was on its way. 15 minutes later it still hadn't arrived, and I called back and the person who answered the phone (someone different this time) was again rude. At that point, I didn't want to patronize this place, so I canceled my order and got a pizza. It is too bad, because Pita Grill is one of the few healthy, reasonably priced places in the area, but I will never order from there again.

Agree with some of the other comments posted. The food is delicious but the delivery is consistently bad - and we've given them a number of chances! last straw was a seamlessweb order scheduled to take 15-30 minutes....50 minutes later we called to find out where it was and were unapologetically told that when the order came through they were "busy" and hadnt had time yet. Oh - and it was cold when it arrived.
