20 minutes for bland, dry chicken

I ordered the chicken gyro pita - which took them 20 minutes to make. What took so long is a mystery because the chicken clearly wasn't freshly cooked. And they forgot to add the sauce - it's not really a gyro without the sause. So I paid $10 for a dry, bland chicken on a mediocre pita. Definitely not worth it.

    Beware no prices listed...

We ordered a small grill chicken salad and a small bowl of chicken & rice with sweet potatoes fries. Whopping $29 when we were leaving I looked at the take out menu and realized we were given the large orders which was too much food for us and a waste of food.

Worst Falafel I have ever had!

No joke if I hadn't ordered the falafel and hummus platter myself I would never have known that what I ate was falafel. It tasted like flavorless mush in ball form and texturally unstasifying. Also, the hummus was a tad salty for my taste. If I were you I would go to a street cart for some falafel instead of spending more money on it here!

    Rip Off!!!

I have been ordering from Pita Grill for years.....since it has moved into the new location....the quality has significantly gone down.....I ordered the grilled veggie and goat cheese sandwich....which is 10$....I waited for an hour for it to be delivered.....there was one piece of red pepper and one piece of eggplant on the sandwich....I basically paid 10 dollars for bread....this is one of several bad experiences there....I would not recommend this place!

Terrible...And I love Middle Eastern Foo

I can't tell you how bad the lunch i got here was. The Falafel was crumbly and the Tahini was nothing to write home about. They put way too much hummus in the pita and it just tasted terrible in general. I also got a Tabbouli salad which was dissapointing. Not nearly enough flavor. I have to say...I love this kind of food but I was expecting more. I won't come back...and neither should you.

I like the food, but not the staff

I have to say that I was really psyched when they moved into the space that used to be a McDonalds. Finally something healthier then the usual fast food fare, and it was right around the corner from my apartment., plus, so I thought. I go in to order a salad, and the girl behind the counter completely ignores me and takes the order of the person behind me, who apologized for going ahead of me, but no aknowledgement from the counter person at all and takes my order with a shrug and disinterest. After I pay she proceeds to OPEN A BOOK, and stands there, head down reading at the counter. About 5 minutes later, i get the attention of her coworker, and point to my salad, that has been sitting on the counter behind the both of them. My salad was then begrudgingly bagged, and kind of offered in my direction...after all, i did interrupt her conversation. Needless to say, that did it for me. So, until they manage to hire employees that might actually be interested in work, I will walk an 5 extra blocks to another establishment that wants my business. Too bad, because I have eaten at their other locations, and I find the food very tasty.
