Poor Service
The staff is rude and service sucks but the food and wine are great. I only tolerate them because of the free wine.

Best for ladies ever
I went there last Wednesday with a group of girlfriends, we sat on a round table next to the hostess, very comfortable chairs, our waiter was fantastic, he explained how the promotion works and also que suggested ours delicious meal. Once he came with wine it was like nonstop, he kept our glasses full all the time, he brought himself our meal and he was comfortable assisting us, we had great time. At the end of our meal he offered desserts, one of his favorites. Wow the chocolate brownie is really good. But that time came, we asked for our check, the pizzas are so delicious and worth much more. Anyways our check was around $50.00 for four girls and we had easily 4 bottles of wine. We gave our waiter $40.00 well deserved. After we paid while he was pouring more wine for us, he shows some others good promotions. The one I want to bring my family is all you can eat pizza for $14.00 you can go wrong with that, he also told us about live music. We will be back tomorrow.

Do not order delivery
We heard this place was good, so one cold night we decided to order pizza and pasta from Piola. The food was decent once we got it TWO hours later. The lateness and the luke warm food were forgivable. What we cannot forget was the rude reception when we called to complain about the situation. The food was not worth the price or the headache.

Fantastic pizza, way too loud
Service and food are great. Disappointing atmosphere...can't hear your dining companions, and I'm young! Please give this place a change of tune cause I want to come back!

Swanky and tasty
This is me and my boyfriend's go to Italian pizza place. I love the pizza, but I would not recommend getting their plain tomato mozzarella. They have so many other amazing choices, this place is definitely for the more adventurous pizza eater. Many of the waiters I've had were Italian, and when I took my italian friend Joe, he said this was the closest he has had to real Italian pizza back home. They also have beautiful art and really cool placemats! I asked the host for one and now it's hanging in my room as a poster. PERFECT for a date, although it gets bustling!

Delightful pizza and service!
As usual, there are mixed reviews. Everyone has a different experience and different set of standards. Personally, I've found Piola to be the most affordable "gourmet" pizza downtown. I got tired of ordering Lombardi's and decided to give Piola a try. I'm so glad I did! The lady on the phone is SO nice and polite. The pizza always comes within 20 minutes. They always deliver just one plain pie even though it's a $10 order. And the pizza is a nice cross between "Rays" pizza and "gourmet" pizza. Needless to say, I love Piola!

Disappointed
Looking forwrd to this place which was recommended by a good friend. The pizza was a big disappointment. Forget Grimaldi's and some of the better known places. The pizza wasn't even as good as our local regular pizza parlour in Manhattan. The pasta was equally a big disappointment. Not al dente, not well prepared. If you are looking for quality italian pizza or pasat, avoid this place.
