Delicious
The food here is delicious and you definitely get lot's for your money. I live in CT but when I go to NY, Pio Pio is definitely the place to go. It is a bit small, so it can get crowded, but the service is great too.

Got an hour to wait for food
Another disaster for those of us who order out. Way too long for delivery, the excuse: "We're busy." So am I. Why do I have to wait 60 min for food? Unacceptable.

Totally addicted
I absolutely love Pio Pio and can't seem to get enough of it! The food is terrific and well priced. Love the sangria. Eating in can get a little crowded and there is usually a wait, but I think that it's expected in a place that has great food at a cheap price. Can't rave enough about this place!

Oustanding...
I truly enjoyed my Pio Pio experience and have traveled out of my way just to satisy the craving on a couple of occasions. The quality is excellent and I've enjoyed it better than chicken I had when I was in Peru!

Lucky to have one in the UES...
Although we had to wait a long time to get a seat, the food was totally worth it. The atmosphere was surprisingly upbeat for a Monday night. The food was simply delicious! Like other reviewers we ended up ordering way too much food for 5 people (a Matador Combo and a large Jalea), but it was great! Their chicken, one of the best I've had; their jalea (seafood platter) was unlike anything else I've tried and I totally recommend it. Have no fear. We had a great time at this place and can't wait to go back. Great for a birthday dinner with friends or family. Place is small, so you'll have to wait, but you'll be glad you went.

Great food
We went for my mother birthday a couple of weeks back and the food was sooooo good. We actually ordered to much food, we didnt realize that they gave so much food. We left we a bunch of leftovers. The only thing I didnt like was that they only take American Express there, so i had to go find a atm but that aint important when food is involved.
