Great neighborhood find
We stumbled on Pio Pio and will be sure to do so again! The food is wonderful the waitstaff was charming and the price is right. It's loud but it's terrific

Delicious
Stopped here for the $9.50 chicken lunch special and it was wonderful! The chicken was spectacular and a great deal for lunch. Will definitely be back

Great Chicken Soup
Been happily ordering from Pio for years. It's the best,most flavorful chicken in NY, and cheap! Recently discovered their chicken soup. OMG, the deep flavor is like my Grandmother's, and it's got plenty of meat.

Good Peruvian Place
This is a great takeout restaurant or delivery. Im peruvian and this particular type of chicken is known as pollo a la brasa we eat it (generally in here) with french fries and a mayonise made with milk (yummy)

Authentic Pollo a la Brasa?
I am not kidding when I say I've had better rotisserie chicken at other places. Pio Pio's Chicken Pio was not tender enough, not succulent enough, not seasoned properly to be Pollo a la Brasa. Their french fries were soggy. But the Avocado Salad was awesome - fresh ingredients.

Great chicken
Terrific Food! Chicken is the primary menu item and they do it well! Love their avocado salad -large enough for several people as a side- same for the maduros and saffron rice...A bit pricy but well worth it. Delivery for me (on E90St) is minutes! Busy signals do happen but hang in there by just hitting the redial...
