Not bad, not great
I bit into this pizza with high expectations, had read a lot of glowing reviews on how this was the place in the slope for pizza. I wasn't expecting anything ultra gourmet, just wanted to taste the best regular style pizza in Park Slope. I got a sausage pie, hard to screw up. Sausage was completely bland, sauce was lacking spice but was the tastiest of the ingredients, cheese was your typical run of the mill bland rubbery sort, crust was almost right but a little on the chewy side. Crust and sauce were the strongest links but still couldn't make up for the cheese and sausage seriously lacking taste. It was good enough for me to at least fantasize that it was better, after 2 slices I didn't get that "mmmmm that hit the spot" sensation of real good pizza. . I hate to say it but I make a tastier pizza at home on an english muffin.

Lost its Magic?
Pino's has been my go to place for a good and reliable bite for 3 yrs. The food was always consistent (used to go at least once a week). They are off to a poor start in '08. Pizza sauce now tastes like it's out of a can and service...let's just say when you order a slice, the least they could do is heat it up for you. I thought it might be a fluke, but 3 in a row is my limit. I need to find a new place.

Fine neighborhood pizza
I don't know where that last person came from, but grandma pizza has nothing to do with pesto, unless your grandma was one of them go-go eighties chefs. Pino's is as good as any local pizza placeit's not Patsy's or DiFaro, but it's fine pizza.

Subpar Pizza
I am not a picky eater and pizza is not hard to come by in Brooklyn, but i was very dissapointed. We ordered a Grandma Pizza which is supposed to be pesto, cheese and sauces on a thin slice with garlic. We got something on 1" think bread, with sour tasting tomato sauce, and weird sparse cheese AND THAT IS IT! Not only was it not grandma pizza, it was the worst cheese pizza I had ever had. We ate 3 bits and called another pizza place and ordered another pizza. I have never done anything like that ever before. Very dissapointed.

Mangia!
Pino's is my go-to delivery spot. I've never been disappointed with the food - fresh and delicious. And the service is quick and wonderful.

Best Pizza in Park Slope
Delivery is fast. The prices are good. And the Pizza is the best in my area. Anthony's and Simling don't come close. The cheese pie is great. I like to get jalepenos on sometimes, and they put on A LOT, and they're very fresh. Also, my favorite thing they've got is the Sicilian Pie with Fresh Mozerella. It costs a couple bucks more, but is definitely worth it! In fact, don't get the Sicilian style without the Fresh Mozerella, it's just too good to pass up. It even comes with fresh basil on it.

Now this is NY pizza
From the outside, it may look like another scuzzy pizza joint, but my paisans at Pino's know pizza. Their cheese pie is equipped with a perfectly crispy crust, tangy sauce that's bursting with flavor and just the right amount of gooey, stringy mozzarella. (If you want toppings, hit La Villa instead. Pino's toppings just don't do it for me.) Luckily, the city-wide plague that renders pizzas soggy, tasteless, and overly cheesey has spared Pino's. Joe's in the Village? Fugheddaboutit. This NY style pizza is for real!
