No-yo.
Briefly: This review is about Delivery it's ridiculous, phone rep. is rude & confused, & the yogurt is not even as good as other options The Spring Street Pinkberry directed me to this one for delivery. I called & they said it would take 2 hours to deliver. Fine. I'm sick, so I'll wait 2 hours. Told them my location & they had some trouble finding it. So finally I'm putting in my order, & when I tell them the cross streets (rather, the streets my st is between) they suddenly say "now you're giving us different information" ...Well, no. I'm not. There is only one point where the streets I mentioned meet. I only gave you one more street name, to clarify. I have no idea what you could have been looking at. So I asked, "Even if I pay for it?" "No. It's "too out of the way". Then they hung up. Yeah, right. I could make it there in 20 mins tops on my bike, if I was feeling well enough. So, 2 hours wait no matter what, and you won't even take my money for a 20 min (tops) delivery? Cool story, bro.

Poor service and a rip off
I ordered pinkberry last night and was told that my order would be delivered in 45-1hour. Two and a half hours later my pinkberry arrived. Then as I was ready to pay, the delivery guy has the nerve to tell me he has no change for a $20 when my order only cost $13. All delivery guys should have change. This is unacceptable and I will never order delivery from this store again.

Expensive and sour
Don't expect to have normal frozen yogurt here. It has a distinct very sour taste. My husband and I both were not fans. The toppings were good and tasted fresh but the price is insanely expensive for frozen yogurt -$15 for 2 frozen yogurts with toppings!
