Poor delivery
4 out of 4 times reveal this is NOT the Pinkberry to order from if you'd like it delivered - OR - if you'd like to place your order over the phone for pick-up. We placed an order at 2:15p, the product was delivered at nearly 5:00p. OMG. What's the point? On top of that, the orders are consistently messed up. We tried to place a phone order and have someone pick it up - and were quoted a pick-up time of an hour and a half. What is going on? They should just take delivery off the list, and cut out the phone orders...

Poor delivery service
I have tried to order delivery from this location a number of times over the past year and have had a disappointing experience every time. The phone is often broken or off the hook. On more than one occasion they have told me they cannot deliver because they did not have their delivery person show up for work or that their bicycle was broken. On the occasions they did accept my order for delivery it has taken well over an hour to be delivered, mostly melted, and I only live a few blocks away. I think I will not order delivery any more.

Overhyped sour yogurt
I thought there must be something to a place that has lines, but sometimes it seems people just like to stand on lines, as though it's the thing to do. Couldn't pay me to eat this stuff, frankly. But, hey, that's one less person on line for the rest of you.

Go for the yogurt, come back for the experience!
I was skeptical when first Pinkberry, then Red Mango moved into my neighborhood. After a long holdout period, I finally decided to run a taste-test and decide who would get my fro-yo business. Pinkberry won hands-down, and I'm pretty sure that was the straw that broke the camel's back for Red Mango, because they closed up shop shortly thereafter. Cut to this past month or so, in which I desperately needed a non-alcoholic, non-caffeinated, low-calorie pick-me-up at the end of my increasingly stressful workdays. Now my day is not complete without dropping in to Pinkberry. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and fun and dress a cup of yogurt like nobody's business. Let's get real--I wouldn't be reviewing Pinkberry on a food website just for the yogurt, as great as it is. It's a giant chain and everyone pretty much knows about it. But the people at my branch merit this novel-length comment--trust me, they will make your day better!
