Don't get me wrong...
I like yogurt...but even real yogurt doesn't taste as sour as Pinkberry does. I don't quite understand the hype - it's really not that good and it's pricey.

Tangy and Refreshing
I like frozen yogurt. I like real yogurt too: the more sour, the better. Pinkberry takes the smoothness associated with mainstream frozen yogurt, but pairs it with the above mentioned tanginess, and makes for a plentiful dessert covered in a variety of fresh fruits and even under-the-table mocchi pillows. I had mangos, bananas, and kiwis with mine, and their sweetness was a perfect balance of the sour yogurt. While in theory it is expensive, it was so good that I'd blindly hand over my money again for another taste, and take a teat in the futuristically tacky digs :D

Very busy, but delicious
The yogurt is natural, so it might taste a little weird but it is REAL yogurt. That being said it was quite delicious and I really enjoyed it especially the super fresh fruit toppings. Addicting!!

addictive
delicious and very fresh toppings. but it's not ice cream. it actually tastes like yogurt which means it's a little sour. i love it. but i have always loved the taste of yogurt. can be very crowded at times with lines out the door. but that should tell you something.

Dont believe the hype...
I went in before reading any reviews based on the hordes of people waiting outside. Very sour tasting stuff; toppings are the only good part about it. Maybe they pay people to wait online and make it look cool?

Don't count on it being ice cream
I ran to Pinkberry today because I never had the time to before. Thank god I read the past reviews on this "sour taste" so I was prepared to accept that Pinkberry is YOGURT, not another carbon copy of Tasti, Yolato, etc. My friend on the other hand was expecting creamy ice cream goodness and I think that's where the negative perception for the product comes in. It's tangy but it's what you'd expect from a yogurt. I personally love yogurts and I think this is great. I like that you can get it frozen like icecream, in fact! So ask yourself this, are you in the mood for yogurt? or dairy, non dairy based creamy frozen custard/dessert?? If you pick yogurt, then go to Pinkberry. Overall, not bad! I wish they added more flavors, besides toppings.

all in all, only eh
i made the mistake of asking them to put toppings on the bottom. first i got yelled at by the associate, and then i got the most condescending speech by a 20 year old manager about them selling the yogurt by weight, and clearly my dusting of granola at the bottom of the cup would throw off the entire company infrastructure. it would have been one thing if they were young and dumb and didnt want to go against company policy, their rudeness was another thing entirely. and then the yogurt itself wasnt anything special. you can get similar yogurt elsewhere, for cheaper, and with better service.
