The service is not good at all. Waiting all the time for everything- the food, check etc. The chairs are pretty cheap too, some of the seats are really uncomfortable-you can tell they bought it off a thrift store. The food is great and that's it. The art/atmosphere is great, music is really nice, it's a foundation for a great place. However, I could never stay there for hours, the seats are too uncomfortable and i only have two favorite dishes there.

I tried it three times and will never go back. I walked in and was the ONLY person in the coffee shop, but was told I could not sit at one of the many larger tables to spread out and do work on because it is reserved for '3' or more. In a busy place I understand this, but I was the ONLY person in the joint. Then when I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel I was told I couldn't have it because that's not 'how they do it'. I offered to pay for more, but they refused. Are you kidding me? Lastly, the coffee is expensive, comes in a small mug and there are no refills, not a good look for a spot that is clearly trying to cater to the laptop crowd.

Oh boy! I'm now addicted to this place. I don't know what these women do to the sandwiches but they are the best in Brooklyn. The turkey is my absolute favorite. The peanutbutter smoothie is ridiculously good. I actually wake up thinking about going and eating at this place. Yum.

I come here at least once a week; it's adorable, comfortable and clean. There are plenty of board games and wireless access, if you're not here to work. A few hours during the day, neighborhood nannies and children tend to pile in for a visit. But the coffee is delicious and the few occasions on which i've had a cookie or brownie, it's been quite the treat.
