    Excellent Place to Eat!

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this restaurant and it was really very good. The food was excellent, portions a good size and the atmosphere was really nice. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a place in this area to eat.

    French restaurant / American Style

Hi, I'm French and I tried this restaurant with my Mother. The Food was excellent (steak au poivre), really. The Service was good, with a really nice waiter. Everthting was so French...exept the music! Too noisy, and so different from the style! Nice place for young people ;)

    Not Like I Remember .....

My husband and I have patronized this restaurant several times in the last year (on vacation to NY from Vegas) and this last visit was a disappointment. Although it was on 1130am on a Saturday morning, the service was terrible. There weren't more than 6 tables occupied in our entire area and we had to wait, and wait, and wait.... for water, for bread, for a menu. The escargot were excellent - as usual -but the waitress had no idea what a Cote-du-Provence Rose was and we had to wait, and wait, and wait for her to find out. When we eventually had our main dishes, they were adequate but not exemplary - atleast not at those prices. We believe that with all of the choices in New York, we would rather buy take-out at the Whole Foods Market than waste our time at Pigalle ever again.

    Yummy!

Great food, service, and atmosphere...what more could you ask for? Their omelettes are great, the monkfish is fantastic and their berry tart (a special) was simply scrumptious (I kid you not). I'd go back in a heartbeat.

    We'll Be Back!!!!!!!

Had our first experience at this establishment yesterday. Good food, excellent service, great atmosphere & reasonable prices. What more could you ask for??? Oh, another plus, open 24/7. Very good location also--only a few blocks from Port Authority in the theater district. We'll definitely be back!!

    Simply French Devine

This establishment was one we returned to after an initial visit. Fresh and flavorful food with all the French staples. Nice atmosphere, and the staff let us pick our table after being shown to a deuce inches from the next table. The Staff was French in all senses, and that to us is wonderful. Moderate wine list but satisfactory. What a nice find.

    Really nice place

This place was great - the choice of food was good with several different menus throughout the day, it tasted and looked good and fresh, with reasonable prices. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had lovely breakfast (the pancakes and fresh fruit and maple syrup were delicious) and we had lunch here too - lovely baguettes with salad and home made potato chips/crisps. Coffee gets topped up loads of times too. We would definitely return here again.
