Have been eating this for days. My wife has been complaining that I have the “itis” but it’s no use. My breathe smells of charcoal and barbeque sauce and I my colleagues are visibly moving their belongings further and further away from my desk every day. Yesterday, a chunk of unswallowed beef fell from one of my fillings into my mouth – it was like Christmas. I’ve spent my the equivalent of last month’s mortgage payment as an upfront payment for a daily supply of pulled pork. I have no choice. My body pines for the smoky goodness. I have no hope – I am sailing farther and farther along past the point of no return. I’ve eaten so much barbequed pig sometimes I feel like oinking. Still, I bear no ill will. Thank God for this truck!

I stopped by on opening day and had a fantastic lunch. I ordered the brisket sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad and tart. It was a huge amount of food. I tried the house made pine nut, raisin, caper salad on my sandwich. The combo of salty bbq with sweet topping was completely satisfying. The coleslaw was perfect. I am pretty picky about my slaw. The potato salad was the only part I could have skipped, it was good just not over the top like the rest of the meal. The tart became my mid afternoon snack. It was sweet, flaky, cakey, all things a good tart should be. Totally worth waiting in line!

Food is great. Line is LONG!! Went to get in line at 11:30 and waited 1hr 15min to have the person in front of us clean out the brisket and pulled pork. Got the chicken which was still good. Potato salad is awsome. Lemonade is awesome. Heading for round 2 today and going at 11 to make sure I can try the brisket this time. May try the milkshake this time round as well.
