I had such high hopes for this place. The food is actually pretty good, pretty healthy. They don't always follow their menu as far as ingredients go. But I'm not too picky about that. My main gripe would be about the service. I think it would be greatly improved if they'd just replace the cashier lady. Gives me a negative vibe every time I'm eating in or even ordering for delivery over the phone. I thought maybe she didn't like me, personally. But I've seen her interact with other customers the same way.

I like coming here because they offer a variety of natural healthy juices but there is something thats missing...the food is not as great as it seems to be. I suppose it's good for lunch since the sandwiches are very small in proportion. After eating you still are hungry but you're discouraged to order something else because you end up paying way more!

Food got delivered 1 hour and a half after promised and unbeatably cold.

Im new to the area, so i was really excited to see an option that wasnt all about the arroz con pollo. The atmosphere is really nice inside, it seems clean, and the food is decent quality, but there are a few things that are just off. For starters the service is way too slow. it once took me 15 mins (no joke) to get a bagel and cream cheese. The menu is set up to look reasonable, but then once you start "customize" your dish you end up paying way more than you expected - but naturally its too late, because your food is already being prepared. By the end of it you dont end up enjoying your food, because all your thinking about is how you just got ripped off. The only thing that keeps me going back is the fact that there is nothing similar nearby. I'd rather go a few blocks up to Hudson View - their prices are a dollar or two higher but at least they're upfront about it and you know your getting your moneys worth.

Ive been here a couple of time, the food its the greatest in the area, when you try any type of the items they have on the menu, you know its fresh. OVERPRICE.. NOT. Grab a Menu From Any other Restaurant around the area, let me know how it goes with the rice and beans.. Not to desrespect you Guys, i love Dominican Food, but i also love to look and feel healthy.

Underwhelmed on my first visit there. Was hoping for more. Overpriced for the quality of the meal. Staff was nice.

Forget trying to order (especially over the phone) if there is even the slightest modification in the item. Service is stupid slow! The food quality is good, but only tastes alright. It's totally overpriced for what you get. It's too bad, because it has a lot of potential.
