Not Recommended
I order from this place because they're good enough and local but I always walk away annoyed. The service is fine, the bagels are just fine but the prices are as if they are the only food store in NYC. For example a pound of sliced turkey is $15, $5 more than every other place. And they have annoying rules, like they wont put cream cheese on a mini-bagel? Why? They give you a soda with a sandwich, unless the sandwich is on a bagel and you're out of luck if you don't drink soda. I'm out. No more.

Unfriendly Staff
I find the staff very unfriendly. I browsed other reviews and realized I'm not the only one who found this to be the case. The bagels aren't bad; the prices are a bit high. It's nice and clean. But there's too many other bagel stores that have better bagels and friendlier staff for me to return to this one.

Consistent good service
Always on time, never any issues. The bagels are good. When I'm ordering for a meeting, they make my job easier.

Pick Another Place
Extremely poor service for such low quality bagels. The staff is unnecessarily rude. I would rather stay at home and make my own bagels instead of going back to this place.

Pickabagel Regular
I live on the corner of this pickabagel and it's become a weekend tradition in our house to crawl out of bed and stroll down there. On weekends its usually crowded (but in a fun way). You have to be ready to order when it's your turn, and do so quickly. They're only rude if you're a slug. The girl at the cashier grinds my gears a little sometimes but she has her good days too. I just finished ordering over the phone for the first time and the person on the other line was friendly. A toasted bagel, coffee and juice $7. I love this place. You should too.

Overpriced
Highly overpriced!! Bagel+coffee 11$ !?!?!! Food has nothing special. Poor service.

Delicious, but overpriced and rude
I always ask myself if I want the really good bagel bad enough to put up with the higher than they should be prices and the very rude staff. They never get my order right the first time and they act like they're doing me an enormous favor. I'm always nice to them, but they are never even polite to me.
