The quality of the food here does not out weigh the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't go here.

Every time you order they take over an hour, and give you excuses as to why its not their fault. After an hour I called and they said was out and should be there any minute. After another 20 minutes I called again and they said they had an issue and there's nothing they can do. They didn't offer a refund or discount or even an apology, and said I'd just have to wait and it would be there in 10 minutes. Order never came.

They will tell you the orange juice is fresh squeezed and not from concentrate (and charge you almost $6 for it) but it is the gross, over-processed kind- tastes like oj from concentrate, worse than tropicana and definitely not fresh. Bagels are good but they need to get real oj or stop charging fresh price for garbage fake juice. I could pay the same and get real oj elsewhere.

I agree with the other reviewers. The past couple of years has brought declining ratings. Their muffins and bagels used to be great quality. The prices have risen to ridiculous levels. A hot tea and muffin was 5$. Last time I was there a girl couldn't believe her bagel sandwich was 9$. It is sad, since this used to be a regular place for me, not any more.

Delivery takes an hour, not 25-40 minutes and they send you wrong food. If you order orange juice it comes without straws. There are no plastic utensils to spread cream cheese. This place went downhill in the last three years. Last time I am ordering from them.

Way too expensive for quality of food. Cream of mushroom soup $4.50-- was a container of cream with hardly any mushrooms. Turkey sandwich on everything bagel w lettuce and unripe tomato $8.45 -- bagel was stale! 1/4 lb macaroni salad $.95 mushy pasta and overloaded with sugar. When placing order I was put on hold 4 times. I will not eat at this place anymore.

I purchased a bagel with lox (no cream cheese), a small soup which is about $4, and two tiny cookies? The bill was almost $20. No receipt is given so you can't see what costs what. The bagel/lox was okay but in no way worth the outragious prices they charge!
