Bad Service / High Prices
The guys behind the counter combine rudeness with not giving a sh*t. Even when I call ahead I end up having to wait 5 to 10 minutes to pick up my food. Prices are also a ripoff (but that's true everywhere in Battery Park).

poor service
Slow service, and they keep messing up orders. We ordered from them 2x this week, and they forgot some of the egg sandwiches both times.

Less-than-expeditious service
Ordered a grilled cheese and a muffin. Took almost 50 minutes and two calls for the delivery man to get to my office. Pretty ridiculous. Worst of all, its the second time this happened.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience
My first, and last, experience with Pick a Bagel was completely unbelievable. We ordered a smoked white fish platter (9.99) 4 bagels and some juice. An hour later (and two phone calls later), the delivery finally made it to the apartment. Unfortunately, the order included a Smoked Fish Combo Platter (22.99). After calling back, the woman refused any solution besides sending the order back to be fixed. Assuming it would take another hour round trip, I had to cancel the whole thing and give up.

Best bagels in the area!
There are 4 things that I love to order from pick a bagel......egg & cheese on a bagel, their fruit salad, black & white cookies and tomato & mozzerella salad with asian dressing. They deliver in a second and they are very efficient in taking your order. It's a great place to grab a quick snack before heading into the movies next door.

Expensive - would not go there again
I was looking forward to getting a good bagel and cream cheese. We went there right before our movie around 6pm. The bagel I got was not fresh. Each bagel cost about $1.75 each. I was shocked when I checked out. I won't go back there again, would rather pay that much at a good bagel place.
