    I like it

I work at a hotel nearby and after receiving great feedback from guest I tried it myself and loved it. The staff wasn't overly friendly (It's NYC people. We are too busy to chit chat while at work and we're not really fans of it anyway) but they were cordial and did their job correctly. I have only been there for breakfast but will return soon to try some of their lunch sandwiches. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. Only issue I have is with the everything bagel. It's good, but I've had better else where in the city. What I love the most is the variety in spreads, bagels, sandwhiches, and that they have outdoor seating.

    Great food, average service

Extremely good bagels, big with lots of stuff on them. Onion bagels are covered in onions, sesame covered in seeds, etc. Service can be a problem cause half the guys don't speak good English, but the girl at the register is super nice.

    great

The food is pretty good. The bagels are large, but good. The chicken salad is great and so is the egg salad. Great prices too!

For me it was a great experience!

The bagel was great and the price even better. The place is a tipical crowded good place, small but bearable. The menu is hard to swallo (to many choices to little time) specially when you have pushy newyorkers behind. But the food was good, plenty and helthy, not a common combination. For me it was good enough to repeat the experience the day after. The location is perfect, close to the Carnegie Hall.

    Agreed

If it weren't across the street I'd never go. Come to think of it, crossing the street is kind of a hastle. The bagels are too big. Each bagel looks like it's already eaten its own bagel. The chicken salad is good though, and you can get a lot of fat free stuff as well. Enjoy!

    No quality or service

This place has poor service. They are gruff and rude. The food is only mediocre deli fare. Don't try their on-line ordering, it takes at least 2 hours and if there is a problem, they don't bother to call, you just never get lunch.
