Used to be great!
Loved Piazza 17 when it first opened! The lasagna and other dishes were delicious with warm French bread. Worked in the area and recommended to all my coworkers for lunch. But lately it seems the food quality has gone down. No more fresh warm French bread. Instead now stale bread and sauces taste like they're from a can. Even coworkers agree food is not up to par as when they first opened .

Pizza party
Every Friday night, my wife and I after a long week's work, order a pizza and kickback. We try new places downtown, south of canal, and are constantly disappointed. We took a chance and spoke with the very kind manager three Fridays ago and are thrilled that he agreed to deliver to us. The ingredients, taste and proportions of bread to cheese to sauce are right on the money! We are hooked. Thanks Piazza 17!
