I used to eat here when they first opened, and I tried it a few times recently. My recent experiences were not good. In fact, the last time I went there I asked for soup without tripe in it (cow intestines) and they put it in anyway. THREE FRIGGIN TIMES I ASKED THEM FOR IT WITHOUT TRIPE and they brought it back each time, scooped more if it out, and they insisted on trying a third time. I would have walked out if I were alone. I swear, I'm not a pain. They were so rude, and refused to make a new bowl of soup without the only ingredient I can't stand. The rest of the food had poor quality control. For example, I ordered spring rolls and 2 came out burnt. I don't mean well done, I mean burnt. And they blithely served it. The beef and scallions were tough and looked old. I will never come back here. If not for the bad food and the rude staff, the quality control factor makes me wonder how unclean the kitchen is.

This place has great pho. Other favorite dishes include spring rolls, grilled pork chop over vermicelli, curry chicken. The food is pretty good, but the Vietnamese sandwich is lacking.

Very good food, always fresh, nice size portions, an excellent value. Service can be slow and confused at times, all dishes appearing at the same time or even totally forgotten dishes. I forgive this because of the excellent food: crispy spring rolls, melt in your mouth summer rolls, pork, beef and shrimp on vermicilli abed lettuce comes with mint, pickled carrots and kimchee- it is soooooooooooo good. This is a real family neighborhood place. No, its' not perfect, but what is?
