Have yet to be disappointed after trying perhaps a dozen items on the menu, including Pho Dac Biet with tendon and beef ball...both of good quality. Big bowls are great. Service can be a little cold at times, but never disrespectful. Be nice people and

Great spot and right by the train as well. Plenty of choices on the menu for everyone and as a vegetarian I was happy. Oh and bubble tea!

I called Pho Hoai to order:
- Spring rolls (delicious)
- Summer rolls (equally delish....they give you a delicious peanut sauce)
- Appetizer: Fried squid - great (comes with marinara sauce)
- Shrimp and vermicilli noodles - great

I have been to many Vietnamese places in NYC and have also been to Vietnam and I have to say this is probably one of the best places in town!
Food is great, prices are right...worth the trip to Brooklyn!
