I have been their regular for years. Eat in all the time in spite of their B review. I used to get the beef with lettuce wrap. then realized chicken is healthier so started ordering their chicken instead and started wrapping in lettuce. First few times lettuce was free. Then they realized they can make money off me and started charging me $2.00 for lettuce. I didn't find it professional practice to change price on customers but I didn't complain. I ordered delivery today requesting I need some extra lettuce. They charged me $3.00. What did I get? Spilled sticky iced coffee all over inside my bag. Lettuce soggy and drenched in their orange sauce. On top of that the quantity of lettuce was even smaller than $2.00 they used to charge me. For a quick buck, they don't care whether they will lose a loyal customer or not. I called to complain and he just wanted to send me coffee. I told him situation with lettuce that I paid for it. Then he resends lettuce (literally 2 pieces). He says, he sent lettuce in first delivery so sending the dollar worth. SERIOUSLY???? I couldn't even eat the first batch. Now waiting for the rest of my food the food I have is getting cold!!! Not only that customer service made me lose my appetite!

Have yet to be disappointed after trying perhaps a dozen items on the menu, including Pho Dac Biet with tendon and beef ball...both of good quality. Big bowls are great. Service can be a little cold at times, but never disrespectful. Be nice people and enjoy good food.

My hubby and I frequent this local spot often and have always been very pleased. Today, however, we were not treated kindlly by the manager. So, we started with our regular double.order of.fresh spring rolls. Perfect. No problems. I order the pho #10, and my husband orders #33 the curry beef soup with bread. Which in essence is the same soup--- the pho just has added rice noodles. The problem was, is that the soup contained only one small piece of cubes beef. The rest was curled remnants of fat and tendons. Having this dish several times before, we questioned where was the meat to the manager. He insisted that this was tradition. We decided not to eat it. The soup was only stirred looking for the beef. We asked for the checks.... And we were charged for the uneaten soup. We said we had to pay for it because he could serve it to no one else. My husband.got.upset and said how.can you charge us for.this bowl of grease!?!. He insisted that is how it was ALWAYS prepared and told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else!

Great spot and right by the train as well. Plenty of choices on the menu for everyone and as a vegetarian I was happy. Oh and bubble tea!

I called Pho Hoai to order: - Spring rolls (delicious) - Summer rolls (equally delish....they give you a delicious peanut sauce) - Appetizer: Fried squid - great (comes with marinara sauce) - Shrimp and vermicilli noodles - great

Big Bowl soup's are outstanding. Appetizers are great. Everything we tried was very good. I especially like the whole fish broiled. I've had it twice and both times fish were loaded w/ roe. Be sure to ask for the price before ordering as some varieties are expensive. We are from PA but visit Brooklyn often and always eat here. One of our favorite restaurants.

Really good pho, great broth and lots of meat. The best I've had in Brooklyn.
