Have yet to be disappointed after trying perhaps a dozen items on the menu, including Pho Dac Biet with tendon and beef ball...both of good quality. Big bowls are great. Service can be a little cold at times, but never disrespectful. Be nice people and enjoy good food.

My hubby and I frequent this local spot often and have always been very pleased. Today, however, we were not treated kindlly by the manager. So, we started with our regular double.order of.fresh spring rolls. Perfect. No problems. I order the pho #10, and my husband orders #33 the curry beef soup with bread. Which in essence is the same soup--- the pho just has added rice noodles. The problem was, is that the soup contained only one small piece of cubes beef. The rest was curled remnants of fat and tendons. Having this dish several times before, we questioned where was the meat to the manager. He insisted that this was tradition. We decided not to eat it. The soup was only stirred looking for the beef. We asked for the checks.... And we were charged for the uneaten soup. We said we had to pay for it because he could serve it to no one else. My husband.got.upset and said how.can you charge us for.this bowl of grease!?!. He insisted that is how it was ALWAYS prepared and told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else!

Great spot and right by the train as well. Plenty of choices on the menu for everyone and as a vegetarian I was happy. Oh and bubble tea!

I called Pho Hoai to order: - Spring rolls (delicious) - Summer rolls (equally delish....they give you a delicious peanut sauce) - Appetizer: Fried squid - great (comes with marinara sauce) - Shrimp and vermicilli noodles - great

Big Bowl soup's are outstanding. Appetizers are great. Everything we tried was very good. I especially like the whole fish broiled. I've had it twice and both times fish were loaded w/ roe. Be sure to ask for the price before ordering as some varieties are expensive. We are from PA but visit Brooklyn often and always eat here. One of our favorite restaurants.

Really good pho, great broth and lots of meat. The best I've had in Brooklyn.

I have been to many Vietnamese places in NYC and have also been to Vietnam and I have to say this is probably one of the best places in town! Food is great, prices are right...worth the trip to Brooklyn!
