Best donuts ever (period)
We will go out of our way for Peter Pan Donuts. Sometimes when I haven't been there in a while, I think "maybe Peter Pan donuts aren't THAT much better than dunkin donuts." But then I realize THEY ARE. SO MUCH BETTER! If you haven't been to Peter Pan, you are missing out. I personally recommend the white cream filled donuts.

Yes. I gave 5 stars in all catagories.
I cannot express how great this place is. I have lived here 10 years and it is all because I said, " I MUST be able to walk to that bakery. If I have that my life will be amazing." I am thankful that this place looks like it hasn't changed from 1950. The interior with a zinc countertop and stools, the menu, the sweet polish girls in pink and green uniforms. They have the best bialys I have ever eaten. The bagels are damn good too. If you order a bacon egg and cheese there you get fluffy eggs cooked in butter, not oil, and perfect bacon, it looks like something made at home. Egg creams are cheap and made with u-bet, of course, and I think they even have every flavor. The donuts are even better than they look. The donut holes are little nuggets of satisfaction, and they have about 10 kinds. Its easy to forget about black and whites as big as your head, muffins exploding with berries, decadent iced brownies and an extra crumbly coffee cake, not to mention the best linzer tart I have ever had (in apricot or raspberry!!) and puffy warm onion rolls waiting for some soft butter. But get there early for the best selection, this place is very popular!

Apple Doughnut!
the apple doughnut is delicious. And cheap. It's doughy with an apple filling and powdered sugar and it tastes fresh and sweet and delicious. And the other doughnuts are yummy too, chocolate with coconut! They have some great flavors it's a great treat for when you're not counting your calories.

best in town
Not much to say. Fast service, friendly staff and the best baked goods in town. If you take a dozen home they are still fresh tomorrow. Great coffee too.
