corner pub
McManus is one of the few things that has remained the same over the years. It's a PUB... Not another swanky hot spot for the annoying weekend crowds. Thank God. The food is good, the people of McManus are Great... All and all it is my favorite Pub in Chelsea.

Best hidden gem of NYC
Don't tell anyone--this is a gem in the city. Food is awesome and fresh, service is great, it's a neighborhood pub!

Mmmm.... Beer
I love the place! The foods cheap enough that you don't care if it's perfect and it all goes good with the McManus House Ale. If you're looking for a good beer and a sandwich, this is your place, and if you go at 7pm you can watch JEOPARDY! Nothing beats a good Beer Bar, especially not all those other over priced slick "lounges" in the area.

Local wateringhole
Poor food, Rheingold beer and gruff service. One of the few places in Chelsea not ruined by the b&t crowd.

3 Generations of Good Everything
This neighborhood tavern is great. This place not only serves the usual bar food, but has a full kitchen. The food is prepared on the premises. The atmosphere is great. Friendly staff. The best way to describe this place-- the bartenders, the restaurant, staff & the customers make you feel like you are part of the family.
