Celebrating a birthday with dinner at Persepolis, can be a delightful experience. Service is excellent! Ask for Parvez -helpful and polite! Ambience, warm and friendly, and food - Salads, Kebabs and Rice were delicious!!

The food is very good here, price is right, nice ambience. The service was a little slower than average the night we went but maybe it's not always like that.

The food was fresh and tasty & the folks serving us were so nice. The portions were nice and we left full! It made for a fun night out! We'll be back. Thanks!

The Persian Restuarant Persepolis may have good food, but the waiters and the owner are a disgrace to NYC dining. I have never been so upset by the a restaurant's service. In addition the atmosphere is not the most excuisit. Have New Yorkers stooped so low that they will sacrifice the service they deserve for a couple of kabbabs. I know I certainly havn't.

this is just a really great place to go, it has the feel as if you traveled to a foreign country. the dishes are presented lovely, the different appetizers are terrific. the bread is to die for. the sour cherry rice is the best. also the rose petal ice cream and shaved ice is a real treat. don't pass this up!!

Absolutely fabulous sour cherry rice, worth going to Persepolis for the rice alone. Perfect meal for a great price, kabobs and a plate of rice accompanied by a grilled tomato and onion will cost $13-17! Definately worth trying this restaurant, probably the best Persian food in Manhattan.
